Stable Start Is Here

Stable Start Is Here

We’re excited to introduce Stable Start, a new feature for all configurations that include a head device (HeadONE or HeadPLUS).

When motion begins, even the slightest vibration can carry through into your footage if it isn’t fully absorbed before the move starts. While such shakes can usually be fixed during post-production, we wanted to make sure you get the most stable shot right from the start.

With Stable Start enabled, your head device uses its built-in accelerometer to check for vibrations before initiating any movement. The system waits until all motion is completely settled, then begins the programmed move—ensuring the smoothest possible result.

Keep in mind that this feature may introduce a small delay between pressing the start button and the actual beginning of the move. The length of this delay depends on the environment and how long it takes vibrations to fade. In very windy or unstable conditions, movement may start late—or not at all. In such cases, you can simply disable Stable Start in the settings.

Stable Start gives you the confidence that your footage begins on the most solid foundation possible—because every perfect shot deserves a perfect start.
