Pricing advantages available to customers in higher Rewards Club tiers, who have earned more Krones through greater lifetime purchases, are not considered “better opportunities” under this guarantee.
This ensures pricing remains fair, transparent, and loyalty-driven.

You are protected for up to one full year after your purchase.
A “better opportunity” refers only to a better price for the same product offered:
- on the official edelkrone website, or
- by official edelkrone resellers.
The following are not included:
- pricing available to customers in higher Rewards Club tiers,
- offers requiring additional Krones or tier upgrades,
- prices from unofficial sellers or third-party marketplaces,
- refurbished, open-box, used, or non-new products.
Our protection uses a time-based compensation multiplier:
- At purchase: protection starts at 2×
- Over the first 6 months: decreases linearly to 1×
- From 6 to 12 months: continues to decrease linearly and ends at 12 months
The closer a better opportunity appears to your purchase date, the stronger your protection.
If you purchase a product through the Rewards Club and see the same new product offered $100 USD cheaper on the official edelkrone website or by an official reseller 3 months later:
- Your protection multiplier at that time is 1.5×
- You receive $150 USD in Store Credit
This applies only while the opportunity is active and available.
- Compensation is issued as Store Credit
- It is calculated based on:the verified price difference,the protection multiplier active at the time the opportunity appears
- Compensation is up to 2× the missed opportunity

- the opportunity must be active and available at the time of reporting,

Contact us to request a benefits reviewIn the past, edelkrone operated four separate regional stores: US, EU, JP, and Global. Over time, all operations were consolidated into the US store, and the EU, JP, and Global stores were made inactive. While purchases can no longer be made on those older stores, all historical order records have been securely preserved.
Customers can log in to the relevant past store to view their previous orders:

Customers who have already shopped on the current edelkrone.com (US store) have automatically been assigned lifetime discount tiers based on their total historical spending on this store. Customers with total spending above USD 2,000 are assigned the Pioneer tier, and those above USD 5,000 receive the Master tier. When signed in, eligible customers can see their lifetime discounts directly reflected in their cart.
Customers can view their tier status by visiting the Rewards Club pages on edelkrone.com. Access to Rewards Club benefits requires an active subscription. If a customer is not yet a subscriber and attempts to access these pages, they will be prompted to complete the subscription consent form before proceeding.
Customers who previously made purchases on the EU, JP, or Global stores using the same email address as their US store account may request a manual review. Upon request, we can verify those historical purchases and add them to their US store total spending, which may qualify them for a higher tier. Customers who only had accounts on the old stores must first create an account on the current site using the same email address to have their tiers transferred. Unfortunately, purchases made with different email addresses cannot be merged.
Customers may request a review of their past purchases to calculate any krone they may have earned. Krone are calculated by awarding 5 krone for every dollar spent and deducting 100 krone for every dollar saved through discounts. If the final result is positive, the calculated krone balance will be credited to the customer’s current US store account. As with tier calculations, purchases made with different email addresses cannot be combined.
Looking ahead, edelkrone plans to expand the program to include customers who purchased products through authorized dealers or third parties. Once this expansion is complete, we will be happy to review and respond to requests from these customers and evaluate their eligibility accordingly.
