Customs Procedures
We give the option for Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) method for our shipments. When you choose this option at the checkout this means we take care of all transportation and import duties until the goods are delivered to you.
Shipping Cost
All orders above the cart limit get the free shipping option! Just check the cart page and you will find the cart limit displayed at the top. We also give the express shipping option when available. Please also note that our free shipping option generally does not include the DDP option, hence your involvement for the customs costs may be required.

We ship on weekdays between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. (GMT+3)
Shipping Duration
We understand the importance of receiving your purchases as soon as possible, and that is why we ship items in stock the same day.
We use FedEX Express Worldwide for fast and reliable delivery, ensuring that you receive your items in a timely manner.
Depending on your location, FedEX Express Worldwide shipping method will deliver within 3 to 6 business days.

Our Policy on Doorstep Delivery
Upon dispatch of your parcel, if the delivery options offered by the courier company include "delivery by leaving at the door" (or any such option that might result in the package being left at the door without a signature), it implies that the customer assumes responsibility for any and all loss or damage that might occur to the package after it has been left at the door. Any customer who consciously chooses this option accepts that our company will not be able to offer any reimbursement or compensation for potential loss or damage to their package.
Returns & Refunds
Our Return Rules
At edelkrone, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. That's why we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy! If for any reason you're not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it.
However, there are a few things we need you to keep in mind for the return process:
- Before initiating a return, you must first obtain our authorization and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. Without this, we will not be able to accept any returns. You can get this code by sending us an email from support@edelkrone.com
- Failure to obtain an RMA code prior to returning a product could result in extra costly procedures at customs on our end. Should this occur, we may be forced to absorb these costs by deducting the equivalent amount from the refund owed to you.
- While the condition of the product is not a significant factor in your return, please note that any lost parts or damages, including scratches, will result in a deduction from your refund.
- We also ask that you cover the return shipping cost. While we will initially bear this expense, the cost will be deducted from the product's price when issuing your refund.
- Additionally, any Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) costs will also be deducted from the product's price during the refund process.
- After we receive your returned item, you can expect your refund to be processed within 10 days.

Damages, Losses, Insurance, Warranty & Repairs
Damaged Packaging/Product on Delivery
If your shipment is delivered by the courier and is found to be damaged, you must report the damage to the courier and create a report. Additionally, you must provide us with pictures of the damage on the package and/or product within 3 business days. If your damaged shipment is not delivered in person, but left at your doorstep (which is a common delivery culture in the US), you must provide us with pictures of the damage on the package and/or product within 3 business days as well. It's important to take these steps promptly to ensure that we can assist you with the situation as efficiently as possible.
Missing Item on Delivery
Please contact us right away on our Support Page! We'll get that missing item over to you ASAP!
Repairs
If you have any tech issues, just tell us on our "Contact Us" page. We'll fix issues for free if they're covered by warranty. If they aren't, we offer a paid repair service.
If you bought your product straight from edelkrone.com, you qualify for insurance credit. This means you don't pay for parts, even if your problem isn't warranty-covered. Check out our "Lifetime Insurance" page for more info.
Editing Your Order
Adding an item to an already completed order
If your order has not yet shipped, we would be more than happy to help you add a product to your order and ship it together!
Please contact our outstanding customer support team with your order number, and we'll be more than glad to help!
Changing the shipping address of an order
If your order has not yet shipped, you may still be able to change the shipping address.
Please reach out to our Customer Service team by sending us a message, and we would be happy to assist you!
Cancelling an order
If your order has not shipped, please send us a message at support@edelkrone.com with a request to cancel your order. In your request, please provide your first and last name and your order number. A CRM Specialist will reach out to you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order.
