1. Reseller Tiers & Annual Evaluation
1.1. Initial Platinum Status
• All new resellers initially start at our Platinum Tier to ensure they begin our partnership with the most advantageous terms.
1.2. Tier Review at End of Each Year
• At the end of each calendar year, we review the total order volume for every reseller and may adjust tiers accordingly. The exact sales thresholds for Platinum, Gold, and Silver are revised annually.
1.3. 2025 Thresholds
• Platinum: Resellers who exceed 100K USD in total orders during 2025 will continue (or remain) in Platinum Tier for the following year.
• Gold: Resellers who exceed 50K USD (but do not exceed 100K USD) in total orders during 2025 will continue (or remain) in Gold Tier for the following year.
• Silver: Resellers who do not meet 50K USD in total orders during 2025 will continue (or remain) in Silver Tier.
1.4. Future Thresholds
• Please note these thresholds are specific to 2025 and will be updated each year based on our annual evaluations. For upcoming years, new thresholds for Platinum, Gold, and Silver tiers will be announced in advance.
2. Tier Benefits
Below are the general benefits associated with each tier. Actual tier assignment depends on your total order volume evaluated at year-end (based on the thresholds applicable for that specific year).
2.1 Platinum Tier
• Discount: 30% on all orders
• Shipping Time: 1 week
• Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders, regardless of order size
2.2 Gold Tier
• Discount: 25% on all orders
• Shipping Time: 2 weeks
• Shipping Costs: Free shipping on orders of 1,000 USD or more; shipping charges apply for orders under 1,000 USD
2.3 Silver Tier
• Discount: 20% on all orders
• Shipping Time: 3 weeks
• Shipping Costs: All orders incur shipping charges (no free shipping benefit)
3. Discounts and Pricing
3.1. Default Discounts
• Initial Platinum Access: All new resellers start as Platinum, receiving a 30% discount.
• Annual Review & Adjustments: By the end of each calendar year, your total order volume is reviewed. Depending on the thresholds we set for that year, you may remain in Platinum, move to Gold, or move to Silver.
3.2. Combining Discounts
• You may combine your tier-based discounts with bundle offers or storewide promotional discounts, so long as all bundle/discount policies (outlined below) are followed.
3.3. Order Value Limits
• The total value of all bundle purchases and discounted orders within the last 12 months cannot exceed the total value of your regular-priced orders in the same period.
3.4. Separate Processing
• Regular orders, store discounted orders, and bundle orders must be placed separately, each with its own Purchase Order (PO). They will also ship separately.
3.5. Price Protection Guarantee
• For products in your stock for less than one month, we provide a price protection guarantee against permanent price drops (excludes limited-time discounts). If our standard price permanently decreases, we refund you the difference. If the price increases, we do not charge extra for items already purchased.
3.6. Minimum Advertised Price
• We request that resellers do not list edelkrone products at prices below those published on our website.
3.7. Performance-Based Adjustments
• While we do not impose mandatory monthly or annual purchase quotas, your tier status is directly tied to your year-end volume. Underperformance against the thresholds set for a given year may result in a tier downgrade.
4. Ordering and Payment
4.1. No Mandatory Purchase Quotas
• We do not have strict monthly or yearly quota requirements. However, your year-end tier assignment depends on the thresholds set for that specific year.

4.5. Transfer Commissions and Fees
• All transfer commissions and fees are the responsibility of the reseller.
5. Shipping and Customs
5.1. Shipping Fees
• Platinum Tier: Free shipping on all orders.
• Gold Tier: Free shipping on orders ≥ 1,000 USD; otherwise, shipping fees apply.
• Silver Tier: Shipping charges apply to all orders, no free shipping.
5.2. Shipping Times
• Platinum Tier: Orders shipped within 1 week.
• Gold Tier: Orders shipped within 2 weeks.
• Silver Tier: Orders shipped within 3 weeks.
5.3. Customs Fees
• Resellers are responsible for any applicable customs or import fees. All shipments are sent under DAP (Delivered At Place) terms.
6. Demo Products
6.1. Eligibility for Demo Units
• Resellers may request demo products if the total value of demos they currently hold is under 5% of their total orders in the last 12 months. Demo product requests can be made up to that 5% cap.
6.2. Display Requirement
• Resellers obtaining demo products must provide photographic or video proof of how these demos are being displayed. Failure to provide adequate proof may result in the demo units being invoiced.
7. Product Descriptions and Promotion
• We maintain the latest descriptions, images, and videos of our products on our website. Feel free to use this content to promote edelkrone products.
8. Warranty and After-Sales Support
8.1. Products Under Warranty
• If a product under warranty experiences issues, we will, at our discretion:
• Arrange a free repair,
• Send free replacement parts, or
• Swap for a new unit at no cost.
8.2. Products Not Under Warranty
• For items no longer under warranty, we offer:
• Paid repair services,
• Replacement parts (quoted cost), or
• A replacement product.
9. Reseller Listings
• While we cannot promise exclusive regional representation, we do list all active resellers on our website. If your company is missing from our listings, email us at wholesale@edelkrone.com to request inclusion.
10. Terms Changes and Termination
10.1. Amendments to Terms
• We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, always aiming to maintain a fair, mutually beneficial framework.
10.2. Right to Terminate
• Resellers may end their relationship with us at any time, for any reason. We do not issue refunds but do provide warranty coverage on applicable products.
